• 2 to 3 years experience in Retail / F&B or Logistics, ideally within the liquor industry, or FMCG or leisure related areas.
• Computer literate with exposure to MS Office , Retail or Warehouse stock systems.
• Physically fit – the role is hands on and will require manual handling of stock
• Knowledge of stock management and warehouse / stores operations
• Good knowledge of alcoholic beverages and brands
Primary responsible for the accurate maintenance of warehouse stocks and execution of all ZMMI policies and procedures relating to Logistics in line with MMI UAE policies and procedures. This position will also assume responsibility for all On Trade, supermarket and wholesale order collation, packing and customer delivery along with any MMI retail store as and when required in a future, possible expansion.
• Complete all warehousing tasks in line with MMI UAE policies and procedures, which includesprocessing inbound receipts, order picking, customer deliveries, stock transfers and quarterly stock counts to ensure that the service provided is consistent with the UAE process.
• Accurately receive, check and putaway all inbound shipments into the warehouse to ensure that the stock count is accurate at all times.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory of items, carry out periodical stock checks and advise the Finance KAMs on stock levels, short expiry and damages etc to ensure that any issues that arise are dealt with in a timely manner.
• Conduct quality and quantity checks of all items received in line with the MMI UAE in-bound policies and procedures.
• Maintain a hygienic, safe and efficient storage environment in accordance with MMI standards to ensure that the workplace is safe and secure at all times.
• Ensure submission of proper documentation associated with logistics transactions & deliveries to customers.
• Ensure timely completion of daily/weekly/monthly paperwork and reports as required by the management which includes monitoring and reporting on MMI logistics related customer service levels.
• Prioritize customer service & implement customer service charter at all times in order to maximize customer satisfaction and service ratings.
• Provide support to the MMI Retail team as required to ensure adequate staffing and customer service levels at all times which includes helping out with the manual lifting and providing cover in the store where appropriate.
